AU Materials brings together materials researchers from across Aarhus University. Together, we work to explore new ideas and solve challenges in materials science. At the moment, the cluster includes 46 researchers from eight departments. These researchers form a diverse and collaborative network. Our researchers have many different backgrounds. Therefore, by combining knowledge from various fields, AU Materials creates an environment where ideas thrive. Researchers work together to advance fundamental knowledge and create innovative solutions. The research focuses for example on discovering sustainable materials, improving manufacturing techniques, and exploring emerging technologies that shape the future.
