HEIMDAL will from day one be able to do neutron diffraction on powders and single crystals approximately in late 2027. 

Dan Mannix, lead scientist at HEIMDAL, will be in Aarhus on March 25th and present what HEIMDAL will be capable of in the early stages of commissioning and early user operation.
